1996 Johnson Euro 70

Sandcastle is a beautifully redecorated and mechanically retrofitted Johnson 70 Euro model. The Euro is a bill Dixon design with enormous exterior and interior spaces and fast performance. Her captain has diligently maintained this pristine yacht

Her layout is an entertainment and liveaboard dream and she flows flawlessly from her oversized swim step to the extremely large aft deck. you enter through double glass slider doors to a spacious salon with service bar. The spacious galley just forward offers a fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances with wine cooler and dishwasher with a dinette adjacent. 

The owner's stateroom is located aft via a separate staircase and boasts a king bed with ensuite head and walk in closet. There is also a full sized washer and dryer stack in a separate closet.

Two beautifully appointed guest staterooms and heads are forward with a large walk-in closet containing a desk and safe. This area can be converted to a fourth cabin and is plumbed for ensuite head.

The upper flybridge has a hard top with fully enclosed Strataglass so it can be open air. It has plenty of guest seating with BBQ, sink and icemaker. There is also a patio style sun deck with custom safety rails.

Sandcastle has an updated light wood interior with an impressive list of upgrades.

Sandcastle is a comfortable and luxurious motor yacht with three staterooms, three heads and showers and room for a fourth that is currently a generous walk in closet. It has one of the best layouts for entertaining that we have seen, with a HUGE covered aft deck and an easy flow from the salon and galley.

The Johnson 70 had a decade plus production run and is very popular due to its enormous exterior and interior volume and fast performance. It is a Bill Dixon design, who has produced many successful production and custom builds over the last 27 years.
