The 74 Mochi Craft Knot Nanny's features 4 owners and guest staterooms all ensuite with full beam master and separate crew quarters with head after forward of the engine room.
Entering from the aft deck thru the sliding stainless glass door you appreciate the open salon with oversize windows providing panoramic 360 views. The aft window to port opens up for those comfortable weather days bringing the outdoors indoors to enjoy. The salon is roomy with comfortable seating to Starboard, formal dining for six to Port. Easy and safe bow access is utilized through Port and Starboard stainless watertight doors. The helm is centerline with bench seating, ships control panel, Destroyer style stainless wheel, and fully updated Garmin Electronics package 2021. The nicely equipped gourmet galley is to Port with ample storage cabinets that are a beautiful light weight granite (2021).
Moving forward and down the companionway at the landing is the full beam master aft
featuring a full King size berth, walk in closets, and a dressing table lighted with a chair. The Master also features his and hers heads with whirlpool tub shower combination center lined with a tile and mirror feature.
The three roomy guest staterooms are forward all ensuite with beautiful designer appointments. Two bunk rooms port and starboard with the VIP all the way forward with center lined queen.
The easiest access to the forward deck is through the watertight doors midship, port and starboard. You will appreciate the teak deck and sturdy stainless bow rail and the lounge pad feature.
Moving up to the flybridge from the aft deck by ladder with Teak steps, the Flybridge offers a center modern helm with a pop-up electronics compartment. The Forward U-shaped cushioned seating with a beautiful Teak table is a great spot for enjoying the day or entertaining. Behind the helm you have a compact summer kitchen with electric grill, sink and storage. There is also a cushioned lounging area.
The aft deck is a comfortable spot to relax and is appointed with two oversized bench seats and a teak table with a retractable awning and articulated sunroof built into the fixed overhang. There is a wet bar with storage and an ice machine for entertaining.
Crew's quarters and engine room access from the AFT deck to Starboard with hatch and companionway with carpeted steps. Located in the companionway, you have the stacked washer/dryer and main ships panel with a nicely appointed crew's quarters. This area sleeps two with a private head and there is a second crew's quarters that is accessed through a deck hatch on the aft deck with a twin.
The Garage carries a Williams tender and Sea Doo Spark on easy launch rails with plenty of toy storage for water activity. The Club Style wide swim platform is articulated and a very enjoyable area for the family and guests.
