“Peyton’s Place” reflects an excellent opportunity to own a classic Hatteras yacht with a laundry list of updates and textbook maintenance. As the images show, “Peyton’s Place” does not look her age. Soft goods throughout the boat were replaced in 2018 along with flooring and blinds. The exterior has benefitted from updates as well including the installation of new Sea Deck. Entering the pilothouse from the side deck is a custom leather helm seat with arm rest, extensive electronics and custom flooring. Aft is the galley with full size appliances, European style cabinets, custom flooring and dinette table with seating for four. The salon is aft with a custom bar on the forward bulkhead. An L-shaped sofa is to port with a custom end table and high low coffee/dining table. Across from the sofa is a 52" flat screen (2018) / stereo system in a custom cabinet, nestled between two leather barrel chairs.
From the salon, down a few stairs, is a private entrance to the master stateroom with a king berth and large head with a tub/shower and Jacuzzi. Down from the pilothouse is the VIP stateroom, which is portside, with a queen-size berth and private head. Across from the guest stateroom is a day head with shower. The guest stateroom is forward of the VIP with a complete office, single berth and locker storage. Forward is the crew stateroom with upper and lower berths and a private head. The flybridge offers a bar area with additional seating to port and starboard with room at the aft for a tender lifted onboard by a davit, serviced in 2022.

A custom bar is featured on the bulkhead forward. The L-shaped sofa is aft to port with the entertainment center and two lounge chairs to starboard.
The galley is portside with the dinette to starboard. The galley has full size appliances, custom flooring and new refaced cabinets.
From the salon, down a few stairs, is a private entrance to the master stateroom with a king berth. Down from the pilothouse is the VIP stateroom, which is portside, with a queen-size berth. The guest stateroom is forward of the VIP with a complete office, single berth and locker storage. Forward is the crew stateroom with upper and lower berths.
MASTER STATEROOM
Down private stairs from the salon is the spacious master suite with king berth, walk-in cedar closet with refrigerator, valuables safe, storage space, cabinets and a large head with tub/shower and Jacuzzi. Heads are upgraded to Euro-style elongated. The master stateroom is also equipped with custom fabrics, wall coverings, mirror work and a 42”flat screen (2018) and customized vanity with marble top. Upgraded portholes to a larger size to brighten interior and for use as an escape hatch. All Carpet, Softgoods and headliner upgraded 2019.
VIP STATEROOM
Down from the pilothouse to the VIP stateroom is a queen berth, built-in TV, custom wall coverings and fabrics, mirror work and private head with shower.

GUEST STATEROOM / OFFICE
The guest stateroom features a complete office desk with large file drawers, printer storage and computer monitor. There is a single berth with locker storage and custom fabrics. Shared head located at bottom of stairs which would be a dayhead.
GUEST STATEROOM / CREW QUARTERS
Located forward with upper and lower berths, with new soft goods and Zeno mattresses. Also features TV, locker storage, and private head with shower.
Forward from the galley, the pilothouse includes all new custom flooring and new fabric on the helm and helm seat.
Under a new bimini top is a custom extended aft deck with large L-shaped seating, a marble table and new Sea Deck. Extending the aft deck created a nice space underneath which accommodates line and fender storage as well as a large freezer and Magnum Grill.
