2022 Viking 68 Convertible
“Make it happen” is essentially a new Viking 68 Convertible. She was custom Spec’d by her experienced owners and captain to appeal to fisherman and cruisers alike. The Yacht is loaded with carefully selected custom features and all the right options one would expect on a vessel of this caliber and class. She was essentially used only once by her owner before being put away in a climate-controlled building for summer storage. Recently, Hurricane Ian caused extensive damage to the owners home and docks that will take a long time to repair, so they made the difficult decision to put “Make it Happen” on the market rather than have her sit for over a year unused. This is a great opportunity to move into a late model, highly optioned Viking 68C with Extended warranty coverage on most of her major mechanical components, but without the wait. This exceptional vessel will be available for viewing the 2nd week of November. Please call for showing.
“Make it Happen” was designed with all the latest popular options and then some. She features a Palm Beach Towers custom hard top with outriggers, Teaser reels, and heavy aft tower legs that extend all the way to the deck with welded rod holders. Her decks and mezzanine are clad in teak, and she has a custom removable Bluewater teak table that attaches to the mezzanine area as well as rocket launcher/table for the cockpit with folding chairs. The cockpit also features an aft sunshade with Carbon fiber poles, Garmin screen in the haunch with TV interface, windowed live well and of course Mezzanine air conditioning to make double use of the cockpit for entertaining as well as fishing.
The flybridge is a custom layout with the updated configuration of the new 64 Viking. The only one of its kind. It has the center console helm with the long deep lounge seat in front and a contoured seat cushion to hold you tight. The bridge is air conditioned and has beautiful teak Bluewater helm chairs. All seating is bright white with Bentley stitching. All the electronics are surface mounted Garmin screens for a clean look and easy operation.
The interior is tastefully decorated in neutral colors throughout and her timber is vertical grain gloss teak. Her salon features a custom aft facing love seat with storage with end tables, an L -shaped sofa, raised dinette with rod storage & TV, day head aft, and a pop-up TV in the starboard counter. Her Galley countertops are light quartz with a subtle light grey grain. Decor pillows feature a mixture of blues, pewter, and beige accents to tie the look together.
“Make it Happen” has 4 guest staterooms. The mid-ship Owners stateroom features a large bed, generous closet space, as well as generous sized head and shower. The aft stateroom has a custom extra wide single bunk and its own head & shower. It also has direct access to the engine room thru a door in the aft bulkhead. Moving forward to port, this stateroom features with large bunks and its own head. The VIP forward has a custom elongated centerline queen bed with a custom set of bunks above and to the sides. This stateroom was specifically designed to sleep up to 4 people.
