New Helm, Bow & Loung Cushions and Painted Hull sides. The varnished teak bow rail is currently being refinished by F&S as well as the spring commissioning. Hull sides, bottom, decks, and transom are structural Corecell foam with MAS epoxy laminated with fiberglass and Kevlar reinforcement. The keel, chine, and stringers which extend through the transom platform are clear laminated Douglas fir. The sheer clamp and spray lifting rail are mahogany. The fairing material is Awlfair. The topcoat is Awlcraft 2000. The rub rail is solid stock 1" stainless steel.
The bow locker/bilge is accessed by a flush gasketed hinged hatch on the foredeck. Seen located here is a Side Power 12-volt DC bow thruster drive motor in fiberglass tunnel. This space is pumped by a Rule 2,000-gallon per hour 12-volt DC submersible automatic/manual bilge pump on USS two-stage float switch with run indicator and manual control at the helm station. The bow locker/bilge is fully painted out.
The aft bilge is accessed by a flush gasketed hatch on pneumatic ram assist centerline in the cockpit. This space is fully painted.
