Stormalong II is a Wesmac 50 hull that was finished out by Wilbur Yachts under Lee Wilbur, Wilbur Yachts original owner. Built originally for MBNA to entertain discerning clients on, there were no corners cut in the build out of this amazing boat. With built in furniture in the cockpit, glued down teak decks, well maintained bright work, a luxurious and sophisticated pilot salon, cooks galley and much more, this boat is elegant and without equals. Stormalong II's bottom is cored fiberglass with black antifouling and bronze the-hull fittings. The transom and topsides are cored fiberglass featuring:
Her spray rails are forward mounted, the rub-rails are teak with a stainless-steel bullnose cap rail. The rub-rails cover the hull to deck joint, a shoe box type joint, secured with adhesive, fully glassed over on the interior, and covered with the rub rail
The deck of Stormalong II is cored fiberglass with glued down teak decking. The cabin top is also cored fiberglass with a dark blue trim and painted on tan non-skid finish. The stringers and fiberglass over foam and the bulkheads are marine ply bonded to the hull and deck with fiberglass tabbing.

The luxurious, rich well-lit pilot salon features white bead board roof liner offset by varnished teak beams, overhead dome lighting, tempered glass windows and a varnished teak and holly sole. Also showcased in the pilot salon:
