The 2011 Marquis 420 Sport Bridge is the combined result of the Italian Naval Architectural firm of Nuvolari-Lenard and American yacht manufacturer, Marquis Yachts. This yacht has brought to life a combined vision of an open boat that not only looks amazing and is built to perfection but also provides its operator and passengers with thrilling performance. Built around Volvo's innovative IPS propulsion system the Marquis 420 Sport Coupe delivers an exhilarating ride. The addition of the IPS Joystick allows the operator to confidently maneuver the yacht in tight quarters and while docking.
The open-air salon and adjoining cockpit is designed for maximum access to the yacht's ocean side environment. The salon entrance doors open to create one large environment combining the salon with the yacht's cockpit. The innovative transom lounge easily glides aft with a push of a button to create more than 60 square feet of cockpit space. The yacht's salon features quality treatments such as exotic African Zebrano hardwood cabinetry with high gloss quality lacquered trim, wooden cabin sole and designer selected fixtures and appointments. The interior of the Marquis 420 Sport Bridge compares in materials, style, fixtures and quality to the interiors of mega and super yachts that are cruising the world.
The Master Cabin has an oversized queen island berth on centerline. There are two drawers under the bed and the headboard is equipped with two sconce type reading lights. Triangular shelves act as nightstands. Two raised steps port and starboard to make access easier. Above the berth is an escape hatch. Behind the drapes are fixed stainless steel deadlights and above the drapes are fixed tinted skylights.
A small cabinet houses a AM/FM/CD player with an iPod connection and a separate Clarion DVD player. A 20” LCD TV is tilted towards the bed and mounted on the aft bulkhead next to the entry door. An upholstered bench with storage within is below.
There is a two door auto lit hanging locker with the central vacuum inside. To port is a storage cabinet, the Cabin’s digital AC controls, and a mirrored panel. This cabin has a carpeted sole, stereo speakers, a CO monitor, and seven halogen mini spots.
There are two twin berths facing forward with a small nightstand between. There are two opening round stainless steel portholes with drapes. Above is a two door storage cabinet followed by a two door auto lit hanging locker and a two door cabinet below. Features in this cabin include four halogen mini spots, a carpeted sole, two stereo speakers, a CO monitor, a deck level courtesy light, and a skylight above.
