Classic Style, Very Good Condition. High Mileage has had the same owner for over 7 years. He has focused on her mechanical and structural integrity and has cruised her to the Bahamas and the Keys. The cooling system has been serviced; the bottom stripped, primed, and painted; and the MicroCommander electronic controls have (2) independent battery back-up systems to insure their safe and proper operation. High Mileage has been a dependable cruising boat and her owner would like to see her in good hands!Hull Stripped, Primed, and Bottom Paint 2/2017Bottom Paint 12/18Varnish 1/19Twin 12V-71 TI’s 650 HP Eng Hrs 2287/2422 10/27/19Northern Lights 55KW Generator 1910 Hrs 10/27/19Fisher Panda 25KW Generator in Sound ShieldMicroCommander Control Dual Battery Back-up SystemGarmin ElectronicsNiad StabilizersElectric Stern ThrusterHydraulic Bow ThrusterWater Maker3 Owner & Guest Cabins3 Owner & Guest Heads2 Captain & Crew Cabins1 Captain & Crew HeadPilot House & Fly Bridge HelmsExcellent PaintBottom Paint 12/18Varnish 1/19Galley UpEnclosed Aft DeckLarge Cockpit15’ Novurania w/90 HP Honda2 Davits
The salon is tastefully decorated and very well kept as is the entire boat. There is a large comfortable L-shaped settee with a High/Low folding table, a big flat screen TV, generous cabinet space, a wet bar with an ice maker and refrigerator. Aft to port is the stairway down to the owner’s stateroom and two guest staterooms.
The fully enclosed aft salon is bright, open and airy. There are several opening windows, sun screens on the windows, wing doors, and an aft door to the cockpit. Both L-shaped aft settees have galley service bells and electric High/Low tables that manually slide in for dining or out for coffee tables.
The traditional galley with modern KitchenAid appliances is located directly aft of the pilot house. It is bright with natural light from large windows and overhead lighting and it is tastefully finished with white cabinetry and granite counter tops. Including the walkthrough and additional cabinets with granite top, the galley is the full width of the house and salon. It is very functional, well designed, and neat as a pin!
The traditional pilot house provides great visibility and comfort. There are port and starboard doors providing easy access to the deck, steps up to the bridge and down to the crews quarters, a settee with sliding foot rest, generous drawer storage for charts and equipment, and plenty of room for electronics.
Much of the electronics have been upgraded and there is plenty of room for more equipment. Some equipment that was not tested during a recent sea trial is not listed here.
The stairway with lighted banister bends down to the master stateroom and the two guest staterooms from aft and to port in main salon. Lighted artwork decorates the landing at the bottom of the stairs.
The two guest staterooms are located forward of the master one to port and one to starboard. They each have twin beds. The starboard guest stateroom has a private ensuite head.
The port stateroom head has private access but also serves as a day head with access form the hallway.
The crew’s quarters and engine room are down the stairway forward from the pilot house on the starboard. They consist of a single berth forward to starboard in a private cabin with a ladder up to a deck hatch and a hanging locker all the way forward. The shower is opposite to port with access from the dinette area. The dinette is next aft on the starboard side with the access to the head and shower, double berth and walk-in closet opposite to port. An accordion door closes off the double berth and walk-in closet. In the aft bulkhead of this area is the engine room door. Aft to starboard is the stairway up to the pilot house.
The added cockpit is a great place to be when anchored out or at dock side, perfect for playing with water toys, swimming, and using the dinghy to run around the harbor or go to the beach. You can also use the cockpit for fishing, underway or at rest.
This classic yacht gives you a deck layout with good working space for docking and anchoring or just a nice walk around the deck. You will find pilothouse doors with wonderful walkways going aft to the aft deck doors. This layout works very well for docking or just welcoming your guest aboard.
Monthly maintenance under current ownership since 2012 has included running all equipment and treating fuel with Biobor fuel additive. You enter the engine room from the crew quarters through a metal door with 3 dog-down locks. The engine room is well laid out for your daily checks. You can just about walk around the engines.
