    About the Marine Industry Certified Dealer Program

    In 2005, as part of the Grow Boating program, the MRAA and the NMAA created a program endorsing all elements of exceptional customer support in an effort to deliver a better boating experience to consumers and provide marine dealerships the tools to improve performance standards. Galati Yacht Sales quickly became part of the program by way of Carmine Galati’s efforts to assist in creating the outline for today’s program, which is going on 18 years strong.

    The Marine Industry Certified Dealer program supports dealers and sets them on a path to success by implementing sustainable principles that lead to unmatched retail experiences for customers and a thriving marine business. The fundamental focus areas are operations, facilities, professional sales/service process, customer satisfaction, and employee training satisfaction. The blueprint provided by the Marine Industry Certified Dealer program allows companies to evolve and flourish due to continuous focus on maintaining systems and processes, tracking customer and employee satisfaction, integrating trending best practices, and ensuring a dealership lives up to all performance-enhancing prerequisites.
     

    It’s important to note that the Marine Industry Certified Dealer Program is a voluntary process in which a company must meet independently verified high standards. This tried and true program distinguishes those dealerships that aspire to be the best and those committed to becoming the best.
