Thomas Blankenship is a detail-oriented professional in the medical field, known for working exhaustively to put his patients and doctors in the best possible situation. This same devotion and drive extend throughout Tom’s life outside of his career. When it came time to purchase a sportfishing yacht, Tom knew that he didn’t want to settle in any way.
Currently, Mr. Blankenship’s Viking 62 Convertible, Shot Caller, resides at Marina Jack’s in Sarasota, Florida. She is no ordinary 62 Viking, and her custom lighting, paint, and interior features all bring to life Mr. Blankenship’s vision. True to her name, this yacht is a head-turner.
Looking for a two yacht team, Mr. Blankenship ordered a Valhalla 41 that is nearly fully built. Again, the spec sheet is full of customs dreamed up with his sales professionals Andrew Maryott and Jason Lozeau at the Valhalla factory in Mullica, NJ. Christened Baller, this gutsy center console is the perfect fishing machine to work in tandem or independently from Shot Caller.
Aware of the long wait times for much-coveted Valhallas, Mr. Blankenship has also thought ahead and ordered a 46 Valhalla as a future build.
Mindful of Mr. Blankenship’s busy work schedule, broker Andrew Maryott wanted to make sure Mr. Blankenship was able to truly enjoy his spectacular 62 Viking. With the help of Capt Cody Mitchell, a great schedule was set up including, the Viking Key West Challenge, veteran’s charity fishing, northern gulf rig trips, TV filming, and the Bahamas.
