Joe,

We were on a 5 day cruise Westbound out of Bluewater last Friday.  Blue Angel air show on Friday and then to Palofox Marina for the night.  We happened upon the Galati Rendezvous underway at the Marina.  We were not signed up for the event and really didn’t know it was on.  However, Roberta saw us pull in and immediately made us feel welcome and invited us to the reception that evening at the marina.  She was the perfect host with everything set up for eating and mingling with other Galati customers.  You are nourishing a real fan club!

I wanted you to know what a great job Roberta did and really understands customer service.  I commend you and Roberta for a fine job.  Thanks.
