Our Cape Harbour office is conveniently located next to Rum Runners Restaurant on the south side of Cape Harbour Dr in the "Boat House", the large building that also houses the harbor master's office, tackle shop, and the dry storage facility. Serving our valued customers in the Charlotte and Lee counties region, the Cape Harbour office marina location offers many amenities including well protected dockage, live bait, and fuel, plus spectacular waterfront dining, galleries, and boutiques. We are easily accessible by land, at the south end of Chiquita Blvd in SW Cape Coral; and by water near Marker 92 at the mouth of the Caloosahatchee River.

By land: From the South, I-75 to Exit 131 (Daniels Parkway). West on Daniels Parkway to US 41. Right on US 41 to College Parkway. Left on College Parkway. Cross the Cape Coral Bridge. Left on Chiquita Boulevard all the way to Cape Harbour. From the North, I-75 to Exit 136 (Colonial Boulevard). West on Colonial Boulevard/ Veterans Memorial Parkway to Chiquita Boulevard. Left on Chiquita Boulevard to Cape Harbour Drive.

By sea: ICW Marker #92, Latitude: 26° 32.73N, Longitude: 82° 00.46W, 3-1/2 miles from the Gulf of Mexico.
